I have two years of automotive/aerospace manufacturing experience and am looking for new opportunities. I recently applied to a Solution Engineer - Commercial Manufacturing, Automotive, Energy (MAE) role at Salesforce, and it sounds like a great fit. Is anyone willing to offer me a referral or advice on how to move forward in the hiring process? Salesforce

SC1 is correct as a guideline, but YOE is just a proxy for ability. If you could perform at a solid C level we would bring you in as a C. That's very dependent on your competence and how you present yourself though.
Case in point, Slalom brought me in as a C with a little more than 1 YOE out of college.
Look for analyst positions. We donāt really go that low on YOE. Typically experienced hires with > 6 or so. Analyst programs exist at some of our offices.
Thanks!
If either of you know of any recruiters to get in touch with, shoot me a PM. Appreciate your advice and insight
SC2 is right. You can come in at a C level as long as you demonstrate competence.
Weāre likely not going to give you a recruiters name to get in touch with. Youāll have to pick an office and then we could refer you if weāre up to it. Each office recruits independently
Yup Iām looking at the New York office, but no worries if youāre not interested in referring. Thanks for the help!
