I joined MS Bangalore office last month. In my offer letter it is mentioned that I'll get 2.5 lakh (gross up) one time relocation allowance. Taxing bonuses question - I was taxed on my bonus at 37% when my actual federal tax rate will be lower. I know they used the aggregate method to calculate tax but I don’t want them to and am fine with paying any additional tax in the spring. Anyone have any success getting them to change methods?

I completed the last round of an interview (presentation) last week. Originally they said they would be calling my references & then make an offer accordingly.
Today they updated that they'd like me to travel to their HQ (based in Nordics & I'm in London) for the final round where I'd meet the CEO, the hiring manager and a couple of people in the team.

I’ve been an in house photographer for a mid size women’s clothing brand (500+ stores & ecomm) for over 5 years and shoot everything from on/off fig ecomm, flatlays, and campaigns. I’m the only staff photographer - freelancers get booked for the holes we need to fill on any given day. I currently make 60k. I’ve just been asked to take charge of our ecomm - oversee the freelance photographers & retouchers, art direct ecomm, and continue to shoot. Is 98k too much to ask?
