I am currently working in non tech as an analyst. I have learnt SQL AND Data warehousing concepts. I am thinking of switching to any data related role Data Analyst/Data engineer. Appreciate your views/thoughts on this.
Should I have to learn some more to switch or should take up any real time projects to start a career in the above mentioned fields.

Hello all - I have been offered a role with a big 4 in Canada for the "Manager" level. Since, it is a new market, I am unaware of the salary benchmark and big4 pay range in Canada.

I applied for few SA roles at AWS after getting the SAA certificate and some badges like the “WAF” and “Advanced Migration”. I also optimized my resume recently trying to match what AWS would look for, but I did not get any 1st call or screening interview!

Specific details:
- ZS: WLB manageable, 55 h a week, strong Principal advocates, kind clients, lower TC, autonomy to manage own team and portfolio of work, perhaps too much responsibility for the TC IMO
- LEK: TC 50-70% higher, would need to learn new types of work that’s more strategic, WLB sounds less flexible, hours at 60h-70h
