Although the final action date for EB2 India is still stuck at Dec 2011, the date of filing chart has moved forward to Jul 2012.

Question - My PD is May 2012. Will I be able to file my AOS based on the Date of Filing anytime soon? Please advise.

I have my I-140 approved through Deloitte with PD of 2017. If I change my job, do I need to repeat the perm process for H1b extension?? I know, I can use Deloitte’s
I-140 for changing the employer, but what about subsequent h1b extensions once I’m on payroll with the new employer? Tl;dr can I use my previous employer’s I-140 to keep filing h1b extension?
