Of all the jobs you apply to (post-COVID), what is your success rate for obtaining a call back?

Mine sits at a measly 7% and of those about half I got to final round with no offer. Trying to figure out what is "normal" and if I can improve.

So I just started my first copywriter job a few weeks ago. It is in-house and I really wanted to be in an agency but I wasn't getting those jobs. The agency I interned at a few years ago just posted a new role that I feel qualified for. Should I even apply or would I be a horrible person for switching jobs after less then 2 months?

Has anyone interviewed for Sales Strat and Ops at LinkedIn? Got my interview lined up, wanted to check what I should focus on? They have got a series of 30 minute interviews scheduled.

I took a low paying contract role at a MAANG company just to have it on my resume and hopes to get full time out of it. I found that the role was a joke and I ended up fixing everything that was wrong and doing all the work for all the leads above and giving them credit. After a year, my contract ended abruptly. I have a ton to put on my resume but now I’m out of a job. Not sure if it was worth it, i feel a abused and taken advantage. Some likes to unlock DMs would help I guess? 😂

Any advice on how many slides a ~15min tech interview presentation should be? I know there’s no perfect number but is like maybe 8-12 slides good enough? Context is this is for higher up like we’re talking Directors+ and they’re very smart in tech with phd’s.
