So far I received offers from PwC India, Capgemini and Lexmark for Data Engineering.

But one peculiar thing is happening. I have appeared for 4 Cognizant interviews but in all I have been rejected. Whereas most of my friends had easily cleared Cognizant. I am switching tech, so I am a bit concerned like whether my knowledge is too shallow😐

Joined EY India a few months ago in tech consulting and have been working 12 hrs a day + 4-5 hrs on weekends and official holidays too. Hi fishes, in a dilemma....switched to a Big4 from MNC(almost 7 years of exp) in April 2020. The pay was normalised at 15.5LPA. Will get the package revised next month to 16.25 LPA. Now Deloitte has approached, so can I ask for 30%pay hike considering the switch will happen after completing almost 11-12 months in my current organization or can I ask for more than 30%, depending if I get a senior consultant or manager role? Also will the switch within a year have any negative impact?
