My company is looking for a new CFO (my would be boss) and I may have an opportunity to interview him/her. What questions should I ask ?

I’m in big law and on the cusp of making the jump to in-house. It sounds like the company I just interviewed with is getting ready to make me an offer. It’s definitely going to be a pay cut coming from big law but I do get some nice equity in the company. Is the jump worth it? I’m so burnt out by big law and this seems like an awesome opportunity to help shape a newish company. Any tips on how to figure out if this is the right move for me?

I have completed the technical interview last week and just got a behavioral interview offer for tomorrow. Will there be another interview after this?

I’ve been interviewing with Google since July. Passed the first interview but the team I was matched with ended up hiring someone else. Recruiter told me that she will let me know if any other opportunities arise as I’m still in the running and haven’t been rejected. We Indians are so poor we can't think anything else except money. Whole Fishbowl is all about YOe and Salary. No one interested about if any company doing any innovation or not. B-Tech colleges put ads with Package and Campusing only. Almost 99% Indian YouTube thumbnail is like "5 lakh to 40 lakh", "Interview Experience in bracket 50Lpa" etc.. Hardly we can see Foreign Editorial things marked with Packages.

Would you lie to get an offer from dream company? Let’s say you did pretty good at interview, and the company (Google) is willing to give you an offer, but team lead at the end of interview asks you about GPA or experience on your resume, etc. Like in reality you got GPA 2.0, but u told them your GPA is 3.5 Would you take a risk and lie?
