Second year here. How do you handle passive aggressive flack from support staff embedded in the firm? These folks give a hard time and attitude when asked to complete certain tasks that are in their job descriptions, so it is way beyond my comprehension as to why they feel entitled to be so nasty. Some of these people are related to staff all through the firm, so the nepotism is rampant. I was a support staff member before I became an attorney, so I understand the workload, just not the attitude
