Offer 1: EY FSO Tech Transformation M $165k +$10k
Offer 2: PWC Ops Transformation SM $180k +$25k sign on

What would you pick? Money factor seems obvious but also considering which place has the better runway for long term growth?

I think it’s difficult going in somewhere new without a network at SM, what are your sales targets at PWC?

Also $15K for a ton more stress doesn’t seem worth it

like

Oh, that’s right SM2, I forgot the levels were slightly different

Higher rank and comp at PWC; but likely more specific exit ops for EY FSO…financial services technology is a pretty good place to be. Really high growth and really good exit opps

DM me for more…at FSO tech transformation right now

I would take the SM role. More senior title if you need to exit in the near term.

What would you do if you accepted an offer but have more interviews scheduled with another firm? Do you stop the hiring process and tell them you accepted another offer? Hey all, I'm a Manager in BC currently at low 60s.
Been getting approaches from KPMG and Deloitte.

Option 1: KPMG setting up a new team. Offering M starting low 70s. SM low 80s?

Option 2: Deloitte has an established team albeit pretty siloed with their sub offerings within the larger service offering. They offer more for a tenured manager I guess c.mid 70s starting

Option 3: Stay back at EY, look to make SM in Oct 2023. Take the hike/correction this yr. Been wth the firm 5 yrs

Thoughts pls?

So I know there is a HUGE debate about remote vs in person return to work and people have very strong personal feelings about it. I’m personally in the 50/50 camp but respect others personal preferences.

My question though: what are others thoughts on if things go the 100% remote direction, why would companies not replace a lot of their employees in HCOL countries with LCOL countries? I see/worry about the push for 100% remote as a huge accelerator of white collar job outsourcing.
