Hey! I got an offer today from R@kuten for Sr Business Analyst of CAD $110K+15% annual bonus. Verbally in conversation with recruiter I had asked for CAD 115+10% annual bonus. I was initially offered $110k+10% annual bonus. I think I’ve already priced myself low which might be decent (not sure) for Toronto but way less in comparison with Bay Area where most of team will be based off. Any advice on how to ask for more base or joining bonus?

An ACD at my job referred to an AD as “hard to work with” because she’s “on the spectrum.” Can I report this to HR? I think this is a horrible, ableist thing to say.
