Hi All,
Persistent Systems is giving 10% variable on gross annual CTC. HR says you would receive minimum 70% of variable pay every month and remaining 30% will credited once a year at the end.
Does anyone has idea on this? Can I believe this and include 70% variable in my take home

Well you have to justify why you want another $15k. Easier if you have another offer. Also I would shoot for above $145k then hoping they land at that cause most wont meet you at exactly where you ask. So you will need to justify for maybe $20-25k more.
The simplest way to ask is to ask. Your chances of success are based on the dynamic - if your sense is that they are really eager to confirm you and that you have unique / differentiated skills, probably easier to push the number.
If you have gotten signals that they are at the top of their range and/or you aren't terribly differentiated, taking the risk on pushing is up to you.
You can also ask what the range is and if there is flexibility before putting a firm ask to the recruiter.

Are you not signing for a penny less?
Bet they settle for the original offer
What's your YOE? that's reasonable to ask and they may give it if they like you. Or have background supporting reasons to make a case
