Hi, I want to know the process of background verification in Flipkart for SDE 2 role. I have 5 yoe, however i do not have exp letter from my first company where i worked for 1 year.

I’m stuck in limbo with my application. I completed all my interviews, received great feedback, recruiter said moving to offer stage then in August recruiter said there is a freeze. My role has not been deprioritized. In the last week I have seen some new postings that fit my background. Is it okay to apply or should I give my recruiter a heads up and see what he says. Maybe he can refer me?

Any good recommended books on how to build a scalable product and team? I'm looking for recommendations for two areas: 1) in general laying the groundwork in a startup to have the tools and especially processes in place to scale, and 2) tactical focus on building a SaaS project. I've been promoted into a management role from Dev roots, so need to learn more PM processes to be an effective manager in day job, plus would like to start building my own SaaS solution.

Need advice. Leadership originally referred to us as Specialists. For the past month or so, they've been telling us we're Project Managers in absolutely no uncertain terms.

But they have told us flat-out (even when asked directly) that we won't get a salary change or even just a title change. What should we do? It seems unethical at the very least.

I'm a summer associate at a midsize firm and I recently found out from a partner that some of the other partners who have assigned me work mentioned how my work product didn't look proofread. I know that proofreading is really important and this gave me the gut check I need to remember to proofread before submitting any assignments. However, I only have 2-3 weeks left. Should I own up to my mistakes to the partners I've submitted work for? How screwed am I for a return offer?
