Offering job to an intern

What kind of professional growth can I expect in a digital strategy boutique firm in the next 2 years? I just started my new job after an internship but there hasn't been much growth. I would like to adjust my expectations. Any advice?

Hello devs of India, I am a fresher with 6-7 months of internship experience and soon to be FTE at 8LPA. I want to target 16-18LPA within 1.5 YOE; but I am extremely confused on what path should I move forward, shall I proceed to make projects and up skill my tech stack or start preparing for DSA. I can’t focus on both simultaneously or should I give a year to up skill and then start preparing and applying. Or provide your suggestions to help a confused rookie out.

Graduating with PhD in comp neuro next year. I just did a week long internship at MBB to check out consulting, which I loved but ultimately will not be accepting my offer for life considerations (my wife also works at MBB and we have young children). It was amazing getting a sense of what the work actually comprises.

Are there any similar day-long or week-long internship programs for data science? Would love to test it out for a little bit to see what I like/dislike.

Anyone got any suggestions on where to look for a summer internship in finance - the wesbites like ratemyplacement show the big companies but there are 100s of applicants and not that many companies offering them. Do smaller companies do them and is it just a matter of speculative applications. Looking Home Counties/London area.

I'm a Marketing student and was recently offered part time internship positiom on the marketing team of really cool FinTech Venture Capital company .During the final interview , I luckily asked for their pay range for interns and almost fell to the ground when he said $30/hr min. I would have said $18/$20 if I hadn't asked him instead .The average student earns between $15-$20 ...so it sounds really good but that's only an opening offer. Should I ask for a higher amount like $35 -$40?

Hey guys. So I am an actuarial analyst who got started about three months ago. I had a chance to do a data scientist intern, which I really loved. I am three months into the full time position as an actuarial analyst and I am finding the job not as exciting. It certainly isn’t what I have expected. Not going by the ability of reproduction, how many sexes are there? I feel like for decades, we were educated by the society that there are only two sexes (male/female).
