I recently started a new job as HR Generalist at a small government contracting company. Tomorrow im having a discussion with HR from bally tech they make casino games and my YOE is 5.6 and Tech C++

My pay is 6.5 LPA

I checked glassdoor for bally tech it shows 17-19 lpa can be reached.

So is it better to go with 18 as fixed that or should i ask more?
