To help the community brace itself, please provide facts on your Utilization, level, leads, YoE at EY, and network. My experience seems that the ones let go, had weak network.
Can anyone share how they have terminated/laid off during a virtual only environment? Specifically several people at once. How does the process/logistics look? Wondering what is the best process/logistics to take for those being let go. Also, for those who stay, what worked best -communication wise? How have you handled equipment and any other security considerations given that the person(s) are not in the office.
