Ive countered this at my last role as I was there for 10 years, had a proven track record, good rep, knew a lot of people etc - but now I don’t have that luxury!

- how to build relationships when joining remotely
- cues/behaviours you use for initial impact and influence

Very broad question here- but can you tell me what you do and if you like it? I’m a first year associate and I don’t like the practice areas I’m in right now. (PI plaintiffs- mostly med mal). I honestly am just not interested in going through medical records/deposing doctors for the rest of my career. I know I want to stay on the litigation side but that’s about it. Hi ladies, I’m so nervous. For the last almost 5 years, I have worked in P&C. I LOVE the company, but I’m extremely bored with my current role now that my department has been cleaned up. Honestly, there’s no other position or higher role I could take, and I’m fine with that. I’m not leaving and can work PRN. I want to buy a house, but can’t with this pay alone. I’ve had one interview with Liberty Mutual and it went great. I’m nervous to start something new and scheduled. How did you transition?

Middle name question: we are pretty set on a first name for baby girl, but still weighing middle names.

One contender is Madeleine, but I have some concerns about people mispronouncing or misspelling it (esp. because of the children’s book series). Husband thinks it’s nbd given that it’s for a middle name.

Have any of you gone with a name that has a variety of spellings or pronunciations? Any lessons learned or advice? Note, our other contenders for middle name do not have this issue.

read everywhere it takes minimum 2 appraisal/ years to get promoted from B3 band to C1 band. Is that true?my current ctc in wipro is 26.5+1lac JB ( joined in feb 2022) 8.6 YOE now, business analytics skill..expectation is to reach 30lacs for the next appraisal, however i understand its impossible to get 13% hike in wipro.
