Extension RFE: Lawyers ask for how I split time between client site/home office during M-F and also when I start/end the project. What kind of RFE is this? Is it though to convince USCIS?

Over the past year (year 4/5 for me) I wrote tons of scripts for brands (top agency work) that never ended getting bought by the client. I am working for NetApp Client, Bangalore however My base Location is Hyderabad, and I have heard from a couple of NetApp Employees that they are planning to resume offices by May.
My questions are:
1. If UST is planning to bring employees back to office?
2. If they call will I be asked to relocate to Bangalore as my client's location is Bangalore or will I be working from Hyderabad only?

PS: My manager has left the organisation and I am the sole person from UST in my project.
