I am a full time employee of an organization. But I have an opportunity to work part time on contract basis for another organization and the timings do not clash with current work timings.
Can I take this job as well along with my current job since it does not interfere at all with my current job and it wont have any legal impact since it is on contract basis (no PF account interference)?

I got an offer letter from a startup. Despite the basic pay being 12 lakhs , the PF deduction is 1800 INR only. When I asked the HR, she mentioned this is how much they can contribute.
