I teach 6th, 7th and 8th grade supplemental math. I want to use pencil / paper this year, because I feel my kids didn't do as well online. I don't mind using it occasionally but want to utilize interactive notebooks. Does anyone else feel this way about math or have suggestions?

How does the holiday weekend impact your quota? Still the same? It's still the same for me, which I feel is unfair.

CEO from a good start-up messages me on LI saying I come highly recommended for a role they're headhunting and wants to jump on a call. I'm happy with where I am at but want to keep the relationship warm. How should I proceed? Do I accept the call, or straight up say "no thank you not for me"?

My wife and sister in law bought a house before we got married. The house is finally paid off. We want to exit the property as we bought a house of our own. Is suggesting to refinance and taking our capital out a fair plan? We take our share of the appraisal and they keep the upside if the property appreciates. For more context, most of my wife’s income was paid into the property since we got married. I’ve been carrying everything financially. We have a son I want to cut financial ties.
