With the caveat that I now work at Microsoft, I found the Resume Assistant tool in Microsoft Word to be very helpful while I was recruiting. You can search for the role you are interested in and it will give examples of key skills and example resume bullets from LinkedIn. This was very helpful in helping me tailor my resume when I was shifting from data analytics to product marketing. Optimize as suggested above, but referrals are better than the best resume. Ask former classmates and coworkers if their current employer has any openings that you might be a good fit for. Have informal chats with the hiring manager whenever possible.

Have you thought about using one of those optimizer services online? Some of them look pretty solid and if it can land your more interviews, it'll be worth the expense.
