Ok guys. I seem to be having a difficult time having recruiters to take my resume seriously. Are there any recruiter in this forum who could give me some tips? I know I have good experience but not getting any bites.

Actually I applied to CGI twice with in the same month.
In the first try, I was rejected in the second round. And in the next try I was interviewed and confused whether they will take me into consideration as my pan card is already given as a proof to them in first try.
Is there cool off period for CGI?

I’m currently an AE and was offered a promotion to sales manager. I’ve been waiting for this next step but the offer only provides a 5% raise over what I currently make. We had several manger seats open and I know external people we hired received an offer atleast 20-30% more than I did.
I’m currently trying to negotiate but there doesn’t seem like there’s willingness to do so from our hiring team. Should I decline? Should I leave? Should I accept and start looking elsewhere?

If there is a case that we have to quarantine again. Do you all think it is possible for store associates to work remotely? If so, what are some ways this could work? I fear another pandemic or outbreak and so many people being out of work again. I can't even fathom those that had jobs in retail that had little to no choice to not be remote.

I have selected for one of the company… for entire interview journey they told me that this is an Remote Working position.
But when i received offer letter, I don’t see its mention in their contract about remote working.
They says it’s mutual thing we don’t mention it in contract.
Is this okay or we should ask them to mention/ add in contract?
