Everyone on this comment chain is buggin' big time. 20 with tip is the most I would ever pay. My parents used to put food on the table for less. $300 for keratin, what? Thats like 1/4 my rent now. Anyone who spends that much coulda put that money toward vaco.

Just thought I'd add the female POV. $150+ for cut and color. Four times per year.
$30 before tip is the maximum I will pay. I wouldn't pay less than $20. No need to go to a ritzy salon for a great cut, but you're also not in college anymore, so the extra 10-15 bucks for a quality cut won't hurt you.
Woman - $370 every 6-8 weeks. Includes keratin treatment, color, highlights, and cut.

Major key to success: get a manicure and pedicure once a week
