Q is JFK Jr. and Trump is still President!!

I've been interviewing with some companies, and now I have to decide between JPMorgan Chase and Globant.
Globant is more innovative, and has remote work. I will enter to work with a Sillicon Valley startup based in San Francisco. The tech stack is React, Nextjs, AWS, and a serverless architecture.
JPM is semi remote, and less innovative. The tech stack Java, SpringBoot and AWS. But I'd do more migration tasks, like dockerize projects and pass them to kubernetes. What would you choose?

southwest is ass and a step down from AA, and the free for all seating is as bad as you think

If you’re switching to anything go Delta
From Dallas? Lol might as well take Amtrak
If you don’t care about points/ partner redemptions go for it. Seems like a silly choice to me though.
If you like traveling anywhere outside the americas somewhat often, no. I like premium seating on long trips and options with partner airlines.
Did you see the latest saga with Qantas?
Was diamond on delta for several years and switched. Pts stack so fast plus companion pass you get over the service and flying with the peasants. If you’ve got a plus one or family it’s a no brainer. Pro tip get a cc and you can transfer pts to other airlines for your first class intl flights.
Kind of depends where you are flying. If you are doing quick flights and don’t care about first class seating, I think Southwest is way better than AA (which IMO is the worst of the ‘big’ US airlines). Once you have Southwest status you will be first on the plane and can get an aisle seat at the front. Anything over 2 hour flights, I think I’d really appreciate the upgraded AA seats.
I am in same boat (do not live in TX, tho). American Airlines Lifetime Platinum flier here and I am in process of switching over to Delta. It’s tough foregoing my elite status and I have no status on Delta.
I tried that but Delta declined

Idk, what do you actually value in an airline? Seat selection, routes, reliability, FF program, partners etc?

I love Southwest and Love is more convenient for me. But I usually end up flying AA anyway due to better/more frequent schedules. There are ways to get a better group number on WN, and I can almost guarantee I get an aisle seat no matter how late I book.

Call our American Airlines on social media when you have bad experiences. On a recent delight from Dallas to Europe a guy recorded bugs crawling in his business class meals. I’ve had rude service in Business class, lazy flight attendants even before Covid.
