Can you please help😊
Finished interviewing for an ATS role at Microsoft Wednesday. The interviewers said they were recommending me but I haven’t gotten any feedback from the recruiter. I’m at PwC S& and in consulting I always got at least a verbal yes day of or next day after interviewing. Does anyone know how long this usually takes? Do you get a verbal first or do they wait to have a contract?

Scheduled naps. I block my calendar for 30 mins multiple times, and just lay down. No screens (not even phones). If I doze off,I doze off. If not, I still get rest.
In my 12th week now, so similar boat as you.
I also nap right after work. Spouse handles a lot of cooking and cleaning so I can nap. Lean on your partner to take up some of your chores.
Use the weekends to sleep more than usual. Your body is working overtime, you need all the sleep you can get.
Hang in there!

Here mostly for support! I’m in week 28 and have felt great since the beginning of second trimester so there’s hope! The nausea meds made me sleepy so I didn’t use them much. I booked naps and my partner picked up all the home-stuff. I couldn’t even go in the kitchen bc everything triggered me. Try Great Expectations tea from adagio and just take it easy. Good luck!

It’s not my favorite flavor of tea, but I added a good bit of rock sugar and I do think it settled my stomach a little.
I napped almost every day I was pregnant. And it wasn’t a WFH world. :)
If I had an afternoon meeting at a client I would drive there early and go park and napkin some nearby parking lot for 20 min to have the energy.
For what it’s worth that exhaustion stopped the minute I gave birth
A different kind starts….but it’s sleep exhaustion/easier to manage in my case.

My doc said 2 cups a day would be fine. I really only needed one (also before pregnancy)
Thanks all - blocking the calendar for the foreseeable future. The morning sickness all day was a surprise!

I napped SO much during my pregnancy. My dr gave me a zofran Rx that helped with the nausea.
Congratulations OP!
I also napped whenever I could. I also told my team because I was running workshops and sometimes I'd become super nauseous so I couldn't speak. They knew and picked up for me. Sometimes it was getting really bad so I kept a bucket under my desk and had to drop off suddenly. My husband also used to make virgin Moscow Mules for me. I couldn't stand ginger candy but ginger beer with lime and sprite or tonic worked.
Never thought of ginger beer! Fortunately not actual throwing up just nauseous like random waves - it’s weird lol
