I would Google Alwyn Cosgrove pyramid of fat loss.
That will help you know how to layer on more fitness to help you reach your goals.
Also...for me...keto and weights (not cardio) have had the biggest impact on my health over the last few months
My data points are backed up by getting body fat scans every 2.5- 4 weeks.
Thanks
Lift. Lift again. And lift more. Count your macros. High protein, moderate fat, low carbs (doesn’t have to be as low as Keto). Add almond butter to protein smoothies if you need more calories (just don’t try to hit the calorie goal by eating junk food).
I strictly record my food intake ~6 days a week and allow myself one day to be lazy.
Source: lost 35 pounds in 8 months and kept it off 5 years.
Listen to what this guy is saying.
Just lift, get stronger, build muscle which result in losing fat. Keep your calories at mateinance or higher to build muscle.
DO NOT EAT LESS!!!!!
Do not make the mistakes of all these other people, when they cut calories. They mess up their metabolism.
The goal is to eat more calories and let your body burn those calories as you gain muscle
If you’re trying to lose weight, don’t add back in the work out cals.
Yes, definitely focused on losing weight but also want to get strength back up too but not bulk. Okay, I won’t add them back in.
