What about Señor Designer?

Enthusiast
I’ll be the boring one to give you an honest answer.
Senior Designers are able to see the big picture and, where appropriate, can work beyond a brief to produce something greater. They are able to explain their work, take more ownership of projects, and develop their own style after years of experience.
If you’re wanting a Senior Designer position, study the work of Senior Designers.
Study the works of Craig Ward, Joan Comellas, Scott Pridgen, and Stefan Sagmeister and you could see their style through their work.
I appreciate it 🥺💜
a senior designer will choose a font half the size of the one a designer will use

Junior Designer is fresh out of school, Mid Level Designer (aka just Designer) is 1-4 years of experience, Senior Designer is 4-7 years of experience. The difference usually is in the amount of responsibility, experience and skill set. A senior designer will be expected to lead projects more often, mentor others and lead presentations.

About the same difference of a graphic designer and a senior graphic designer.
