CCOs can make big change happen but transformation takes allies. If you trust and respect in this boss and their vision- do it ( as long as a huge raise is in that as well). Leave your current agency on the best possible terms- offer then extra time even for the transition, as in a couple years time you may want to return

There may not be a right or wrong decision based on so many things. Ultimately, go with your gut and do what you really want to do and not what you or others think you should want to do.
You’re young - do it if you think the risk is worth it AND the CCO is big time.

How long have you been at your current company? If you’re comfortable enough, have an honest conversation about your excitement and hesitation to take on the role and then follow your gut after that convo.
If you’re happy where you are don’t leave.
