Hey fam. Appreciate your inputs on this: I used to be a software developer and currently work as a tech risk consultant (CISA, CRISC certified). Have completed a couple of cyber courses but do not have prior cyber experience. Most cyber sec job postings require prior experience in cloud, aws, devops etc. Applied to a couple of roles but no avail. A) Can I start a career in cyber security without prior experience? B) Will CISSP or relevant cyber certifications help?
What is the highest demand/paying WDAY certification right now? What WDAY cert do you think will be in high demand for then next 2-5 years? What WDAY cert will provide the most value for an implementation team?
Any advice and choosing a school to do an MBA at? Should I do fulltime, part-time, online? Is it worth getting an MBA from a non ivy? Thoughts on Wharton School of Business
Trying to go client side after being on the agency side for 3 yrs (ignore the title below, I'm a sup but can't change it). How hard is it to do? Know most places req 5 yrs or an MBA. Any suggestions?

Looking for pointers to crack the AWS SAA certification. Currently doing mock exams from Tutorialsdojo and in the 78-80% range. Is this a good estimation of preparedness for the exam?
I’ve been working in the HR space and am interested in pursuing an MBA to transition into Human Capital consulting/ Change management/ Talent technology and analytics. I’ve been seeing a few T30 schools that have a focus in those areas including Vanderbilt, Rice, BYU etc. Would it be better to pursue an MBA program highly ranked in that concentration area or to try to get into a school ranked higher overall? Thanks!
Has anyone here ever sat for the CMA exam? How hard is it actually? Is part 1 doable with 2 months of studying?
Fish - need help here. I used to work in the research team at McK / Bain (let’s assume one) pre-MBA. My experience here at BCG has not been great and I am looking to move to another consulting firm. The challenge is that the practice area I work in is actually stronger at the other MBB ( not the one I worked pre-MBA). How ridiculous would it be to even apply there? And if accepted, how would it be perceived - having worked at all three. 🤦🏻♂️😞 Or should I just continue at BCG or go back to old firm
What is Bain doing for post MBA FT offers?? Still planning to start on time or pushed back?
Need to recertify my AWS-SAA cert. any recommendations on best resources given the new test format (SAA-CO2)?
Has anyone taken the CCSK? I joined the CCSK foundation bundle course this will be my first cloud cert I know it’s open book.
Does anyone have insight into why some consulting firms have better h1b approval than others? Post-mba consultant at D and I’m seeing friends at other firms with much better approval rates after graduation from mba but I imagine we do very similar types of work

Looking to get a few certifications, I have worked in both IT and HR consulting and am trying to decide between ITIL, SHRM, and PMP. Any thoughts on which would be best for future, quickest to get, hardest test? I get the cert paid for and a bonus upon completion, so trying to decide which one to pursue or the order if I want multiple.
One of my employees is the only one in the firm who knows how to use a critical piece of outdated software. I overheard them speaking about accepting a job interview. Should I get them to train another employee?
Anybody work at Amazon? Are their offers negotiable? My husband got an offer for a senior position in the VA office paying $120k plus $20k bonus plus 13 shares of stock that vest over 4 years. My husband has ~6 years of experience (2 yrs midsize PA plus various industry roles) so the senior title is low but have heard you have to take a step down in title to work at Fortune 25 companies. He likes the offer but not sure if he should negotiate for more because it’s expected?
On the bench but putting in my notice in two weeks. Any reason to look for projects, PD work, etc? Or should I just chill?
Sr Writer w/~8 yrs of experience. Got randomly hit up by an Asian-American agency who works w/ some huge brands. They audibly balked at my 1k day rate. Do minority-focused shops not pay?
TIL: Just attended the kickoff session of a Flexibility and Predictability committee for a multi-project account. They mentioned that Booz and McKinsey exclude PTO from utilization calculation.
Got laid off a month ago after 1.5 years despite great snapshots and utilization. Was just offered a consulting position at a much smaller local firm for $5,000 less than what I was making before
Anyone use Ivy MBA consulting? http://www.ivymbaconsulting.com/ I’m between them and Harold at MissionMBA (stratus before)

Best lounge T3 at LHR (quiet for infant to take a nap, good food and shower)? Flying BA business and have priority pass / plat amex.
I get interrupted a lot at work now that we are virtual. I don't feel like this happens to everyone else in my team as much, meaning folks tend to let them talk longer. So I've reduced my contribution and talk less. But then others make the same point I'm thinking and would normally have said. So now I just look like a silent non-contributor or someone who gets interrupted a lot. Office/team culture is generally good, respectful and peaceful. How do I change this? What can I do differently?
Any thoughts / info on Oliver Wyman Dubai? Pay (vs other Dubai firms), Culture, Hours ... Appreciated!
