What’s the point of going to an office 20 minutes from your house if nobody you work with is there?
My wife is in this situation now. She works for a financial firm that mandates 4 days in office. But her entire team is in a different location, so she literally drives to an office four days a week to sit on video calls with her team. Time well spent 🙄
Sounds to me like he's acknowledging the impossiblity of having a uniform policy RTO even with the *existing* size of Omincom, and therefore the even greater difficulty when it becomes bigger. That will also likely give Dana Maiman (a very much pro-remote work CEO) more leverage to set her own policies for IPGHealth

How much longer until Dana is gone and a new person is at the helm? Dana likes it because it works for her and she doesn’t want to come in. The next leader will be an Omnicomm hire and may push for on site.
