Ist Headspace worth the bucks in your opinion?
That is so quick. It took me 2 months to lose 5 pounds with 1500 calories a day

7 pounds in 2 weeks is a lot actually. You are doing great!
That’s pretty quick all things considered. Don’t overdo it or you’ll end up burning out and gaining it all back.
7 pounds in 2 weeks is on the upper end for average healthy weight loss in a deficit. Some would say too fast if you don’t want to get too thin, but sounds like you’re looking for speed! Keep it up and stay healthy!
7 pounds for 2 weeks is a lot))
Healthy weight loss is about 7-8 pounds per month. So, I agree with PM 1 - don’t overdo it.
Typical goal is 1-2 pounds a week. That would be a 500-1000 calorie deficit per day. It just takes a little longer than people think because you can drop some water weight quick at the beginning, but it’s not actual weight loss.
I’m in northern Virginia! A lot of health clubs have them. I know mine is complimentary with the membership every six months. But the weight loss program I’m doing does it every week.
In my opinion, you are doing really well with the rate of weight loss. Also, instead of fully relying on weight loss as a measure of health, look at how many inches you have lost. Many a times, your body composition changes (increased muscle and reduced fat) keeping the weight constant. Lastly, I'd say don't worry too much about weight if you look and feel fitter.
You are doing great already. I would replace a couple of workouts by some long & slow endurance training (on an empty stomach) to accelerate weight lost. That is my experience at least.
You’re doing great Op — slow and steady wins the race .
You can lose weight faster by eating less, but as people have said, you probably do not want to loose weight faster. Protect the muscle, lose the fat, slow and steady wins the race. If you put your body into a panick it will metabolise both muscle and fat.

What kind of snack are you going for ?
I think you’ve all the right things in place.. especially the snack part! 😉
I’d say don’t do a low carb diet because it’s a short term thing. The 7 pounds you lost is just water weight. I did this before and got fooled because you’ll bounce back and binge. If you want to lose weight, your workouts seem fine, but I would keep your deficit and add carbs back in. You need a balanced diet. Make sure your burning more calories than you’re eating and try to only consume whole foods.
@D3 it’s called EMP 180.

This sounds like a humble brag post. Also you don’t need that much protein
I’m not humble bragging, I promise lol. I’ve never changed up my diet this dramatically to lose weight and wanted to make sure I’m on the right track. I’ve been struggling with my weight post undergrad and have had a bumpy journey.
