On a tight deadline and just called in sick yesterday but still feel like I can't make it into work. How bad would it be to call in sick 2 days in a row?

How many first year analysts here started as interns? What did you guys do to get those jobs?

Looks like a massive Exodus happened in Deloitte? Trying to staff a project and there is literally no one to staff with (at least Salesforce practice) and we are having to reach out to contractors. Is this a result of layoffs that happened last year and folks are purely unhappy with pay (not considering project pressure as that can vary/be subjective)? For folks who have been here for a long time, is this a common occurrence or is it especially bad this time around?
