Hello Fishes, I am new here and would like your inputs on the Grade, Designation & Basic salary in TCS. 1. Is the Grade - 'C3B' & Designation - 'ASC - Associate Consultant' correct for 11 years and 6 months of experience ? 2. And is the Basic salary offered in TCS very less than the Market standard? Thanks in Advance 🙏🏼

D2, I lost over 100 pounds by going from 3 meals a day to 6 smaller meals a day, and paying attention to getting enough protein. Snacks are key to my maintenance! So your advice may vary for others.
I intermittent fast on weekends when I’m home and my corporate Amex doesn’t work. Haha. 🤣
When losing/maintaining weight, no snacks, we gain weight by insulin pushing excess glucose into our fat storage, the longer our insulin is up, the less time our body is fueling from our storage. Each time we eat, our insulin is elevated to do its job. Problem comes when we eat too frequently (unless you’re an athlete exercising all the glucose off).
Siggis yogurt and a coffee with nonfat milk from Starbucks each morning. Protein bar for snack. Try to pick a steakhouse type place for lunch and order a 6oz grilled meat and a green veggie, similar type thing for dinner, protein shake for snack if I get a workout in. I pack the protein shakes and bars in my bag. Other suggestions for meals out are to eat at change large enough that they are required to list calories. Also, I never take an elevator unless I am going more than 10 floors, as a personal rule.
This sounds like starvation @Mck 😀
Peppermint tea for breakfast, nice big salad for lunch but with no carbs in it, try to skip dinner 2X a week, meat/fish + veggies when not. Snacks - try to avoid but small packet of salted almonds afternoon if really hungry, otherwise chewing gum & herbal tea in unlimited quantities 😄
Please tell me McK1 is joking. That is super unhealthy.
Haha no not joking... but just IF, wouldn’t say starvation. I also have what I want at weekends.
Standard American diets have people consuming way too much food, mix in fasting (intermittent fasting, 16 hour fast window 8 hour eating window) and I guarantee you start shedding fat quickly. High protein, low carbs. Lots of water
Intermittent fasting game me more energy and lowered my blood pressure significantly. Really really recommend
Fasting doesn’t work for me - gave me major headaches. I prefer the small meals but you have to plan for them and I need low carb, lots of water, not booze or soda. I also do weight training or P90x3, push ups and lunges and stairs and walk as much as possible. I have 15% body fat (female), I am 46 and weigh 123. I am 5’3”.
Meal prep, look for local providers who will make pre-made, healthy meals u can just warm up
OP - what is your weight? As your calorie intake will depend on your initial weight.
I'll just enjoy this glass of water. I'm stuffed!
PWC2 - weak. That glass of water cost 11 cents. No thanks! I’ll drink water when my AmEx works on Monday again.
Just kidding haha. 🍷
