Weekdays: log on around 8:30am, log off at 5:45/6pm, do dinner/bedtime with family, most nights, log back on around 8pm and get another 1-3 hours in.
Weekends: rarely work weekends. Absent extraordinary circumstances requiring more, will do 1-3 hours one weekend day most weekends (but I don’t do this if the work can wait).
I have young kids and value my weekend time with my family - I’d rather work till midnight every night that week than give up weekend time. I also have pretty firm boundaries on dinner/bedtime on weekdays. I’m well respected in my group and a senior associate on track for partner. Low end of amlaw 100 in a non major market and not paid NYC market comp.

Weekdays: 8:30-6. Do gym/dinner/shower and then usually do another hour or two.
Weekends: no.
Weekdays: Log on at 9:30 am, log off around 9:30 pm
Weekends: No set time. I don’t log on as a matter of course unless I have something scheduled, which is rare. I usually bill around 5-6 hours over the weekend though, mostly to catch up.
In tax at a V50.
Weekdays: 830/9 off at 630 and off completely by 9
Weekends: I try not to log on at all. So if I need to do something I will. For the most part on Sunday you’re on your own.
Log on 9-9:30am log off 8pm weekdays; sundays spend 4-5 hours working usually (sometimes 0)

In the before times, I had a schedule more like this (no kids). Now with WFH I have lost all control of myself and seem to work till 10/12 more often than not but I’m not getting more done, just taking random naps/breaks in the middle of the day.
(Big law): Start responding to emails from my phone around 5:30 or 6a. Log onto computer around 730 or 8. Step away for a couple hours around dinner. Normally log off between 8-10p.
Weekends: try to only work from computer one day for a 3-4 hour block. Respond to emails from phone throughout the weekend.
It works for me because I normally can take breaks during the day for exercise, meals with my partner, etc.
Weekdays: log on around 8:30 unless I have a time-sensitive deadline. Log off around 5-7 for dinner and brain break, and to walk my dog. Log back in around 7 and work til 9 or later depending on deadlines.
Weekends: if no big deadlines, log on in the afternoon and catch up on emails and work, figure out what’s coming up in the next week, etc. if big deadlines, then it’s no different than the weekday.
Mid-amlaw 100 in major market, paid slightly below market, litigation
Weekdays: log on around 8/9, log off around 7/8.
Weekends: Check my emails sometimes

Wake up at 6:30, chill/exercise, log on at 10am, log off around 6pm. No weekends. Has been like this for the last 4 months. Giving notice next week :)
Makes a lot of sense, I assumed that was the case. Congrats on finding similar comp with better wlb, seems to be increasingly rare

Weekdays (including Fridays) wake up at 7am and log in at 7:45am. Work until 7 break a half hour for dinner/personal. Log back in around 7:30pm and work until 1-1:30am or so.
Weekends wake up at 11 and start at noon and then work until 8-9pm one day. Another days I’ll work 6-7 hours but probably in 2 blocks of 3.5 hours a piece. V20 finance practice New York, junior level.
