How do you measure bench strength?
Hello fishes, I joined Nagarro on 24th of August. But still no project is assigned yet. Basically I am on bench. Now I am about to get an offer from ServiceNow. I really wanna join ServiceNow as it's a big product based organisation and the competition is really high compared to Nagarro. ServiceNow is giving me a joining date of 1st October. As I am still on bench, will I get released by Nagarro soon ? Because no project is allocated to me.

Why would you take time off when you’re on the bench?
Unless you need to save that precious utilization
Don't take PTO when you are on bench. Don't feel guilty about it. Perfect time to be on bench in my opinion because new good projects start in Jan/Feb time period anyway.
Life is much bigger than bench/ project end date/ go live.. work on your bigger goals of life. That will be my 2 cents
This the perfect time to take PTO. It's more difficult to schedule PTO while on a project. Additionally, you're only taking two days. Do it.
