Need Advice*** I successfully completed my interviews and was told today their working on my offer of 90k+ BUT I got thrown for a loop with the last interviewer (head of HR). She mentioned A hybrid schedule of 3 days in office, but the executive I’d be supporting told me different. I’d only have to go into the office on occasions where she’s there or for important meetings (she lives in TX and office is in CA). How do I handle this conflicting information?

Completed Google on-site around 2 weeks ago. Yesterday the recruiter reached out to me saying she has ‘updates’ and wanted to connect today. I sent her some slots to connect and she did not reply. When I reached out today, she said she is overwhelmed with work and wants to connect after the long weekend. I have no option but to wait for 4 days now.
What do you guys think the reason for this delay could be? Is recruiter purposely buying time? Or she could truly be overwhelmed? Thoughts?

My company has always had SalesForce but it was not really a tool that we used or that anyone looked at. Over the last year my company has put more stress on growth (to be acquired or IPO) and they are now obsessed. I know it is important and necessary and my boss is clearly becoming stressed with our entire team. Need your advise: Employer filed for Manager role - PERM approved May2021 ; however, I-140 was not filed bec I was not promoted this yr. Employer wanted to restart PERM for Senior role. This means staying for that role until I get GC.
