On my 3rd job in 2 years (consultant for a year, then left for a new company that was impacted by COVID). My new role is not very interesting and can be very pigeon holed at times. The pay and benefits are top notch, which are keeping me here. Is it too soon to jump again for something I’m more interested in or is it better to wait?

If I were you, I would stay. What happens if you jump again and are laid off or it's worst? Then you're talking 5 jobs in 2 years. You'll have a lot of doors slammed shut. As it is, you probably will have less options open to you. Current job doesn't sound horrible. Maybe ride that through for at least a year, which also gets you to a better COVID outlook. IMO you really should be looking to get a 2 year stint on your resume somewhere. But that's not to say that you can't hop. There are some serial job hoppers who keep getting opportunities.

Hi everyone, does anyone have any advice for someone who has been in the agency project management /production space for a couple years now but may be looking to transition into a more in-house brand management / client side role? My stats are: -20K in HYSA -25K in a regular checking account, 15K of which is for a 6-8 month emergency fund -2K in 401K (new company does not match, but I recently upped my contribution to 12%)

Attempting to lateral between Big 4's to switch practice lines. Not sure how to explain why I don't just stay at my current firm and work with the group that does the type of work I'd like to do - truth is I briefly worked with them and loved the work but couldn't stand working with the team members at all. Is a sufficiently explained 'not a cultural fit' adequate here? Will they even care? I also doubt my practice line would approve the transfer since we're understaffed.
