On paper, is there a distinction between emba, mba, part time mba?

The diploma is the same, but the value is not

Executive MBA is definitely not the same degree as an MBA (PT or FT)

like

Incorrect, they are all the same degree on paper and typically the same coursework but as the poster noted above, EMBA serves a different purpose and provides different value

No

They’re the same. Anyone saying otherwise hasn’t seen the exit ops.

I am talking about certain exits people keep saying don’t exist. Based on internal stats I see we had more people sent to MBB than the two lowest T15 schools. Additionally a handful of folks went to ibanking (nobody I know wants this route).

Obviously the experience is different - on one side you have professionals working FT in the PT MBA and the other not. The experience is what you make of it - the only thing explicitly take away from PT MBAs is OCR for internships (people still find decent internships outside of campus recruiting, but most aren’t looking). We have the same OCR for FT roles.

Hi all, 👋

I was recently laid off due to being in web3 but the market tanked and screwed me. My background is aerospace quality engineering and digital transformation / product management. 4.0 MBA from ERAU.

It’s been almost 2 months now.. and it’s starting to really break me down mentally. I feel like I’m just not having much luck since my credentials are solid I feel. I have a second job interview with fidelity and currently waiting to hear back from AWS.

Anyone able to refer?

Please, I need your opinion on this. I have 6 years of experience as a software developer and just finished my masters degree in data science. Now I am looking for a job here in the US. I went through the hiring process with this company and finally got an offer. They offered 88k/year and I responded opening a negotiation.
