Hadn't gotten my amh results yet and worried about DOR (early puberty plus long covid issues and other symptoms such as hair loss).

I’m only 7 weeks and I haven’t been sleeping well for the last 3 weeks. I go to pee every couple hours and I can’t find a comfortable position to sleep. Are there any tests you can get done to understand your fertility? I have PCOS and cannot start trying until next year or two. I would like to know if there will be any issues with conceiving due to my PCOS. I’m 29 right now. I asked my OBGYN and she said that unless I start trying, there’s not much in terms of testing she can do and that she wouldn’t recommend it. Has anyone ever gotten any fertility tests done to understand if you’ll have future issues?

Has anyone experienced repeat early miscarriage and chemical pregnancies with PGS tested embryos? Had 3 so far, all good quality embryos (AA or AB) and lining always looked good (>9mm, trilaminar). Also tested TSH levels and those are good. Seems really unusual, trying to figure out if there’s something I’m missing.

Has anyone needed to be on blood thinners during their treatment? Found out I have Factor V Leiden from the genetic testing/bloodwork I did and the clinic referred me to a hematologist. He said I would need to use heparin throughout the process and for a month after egg retrieval while the estrogen levels come down. I’ve had pain and discomfort lately and visited a gyno this week. When they examined me, they mentioned a endometrial (?) cyst on my ovary that I didn’t process fully, and prescribed low-hormone BC to manage the pain. After the visit, I did research and it appears this is a late-stage result of endometriosis, which I have never been diagnosed with (no previous gynos have ever mentioned it). Has anyone had one or have experience with endometriosis? I’m concerned about my fertility (still young).
