Today I received my promotion from C to SC. I made SC at 3.5 years out of college at a boutique (Pariveda, Slalom, West Monroe)

I made C 1 year out of college, but not sure if Adcoms will "notice" that, or just see me as a 3 YOE C. I feel a 3.5 YOE SC is a meaningful difference, but Stacy Blackman (robo email) says to not update adcoms. Thoughts?

Hi All, which is better for future careers “Senior consultant” at EY Or “project manager” at a local large organization?
I’m currently a business analyst and recently I was offered a promotion to Project Manager.
Meanwhile, I got another offer from EY as a Senior Consultant
My current company are willing to match EY offer and they want me to stay.
Part of me wants to join EY as it’s a big name on the resume and I can learn a lot from it BUT another part of me wants the PM title!
Suggestions?

I had an appraisal in January and I wasn't happy with it. So, I raised a ticket. In meeting HR agreed to increase my CTC to the amount I had asked.
But I realised I had asked for less as my other friends have been offered more here and outside nagarro.

I’m managing a team member in my work stream who has been acting disrespectfully.

E.g. showing attitude/sarcasm, raising her voice at me despite me being her lead, blatantly refusing to take on work (me having to coax her into it).

I did set a time to speak to her. She actually did apologize and said she won’t do it again. But it’s happened again a few times, and just today.
