Anyone heard of Quinstreet?
Hi Fishies! (Is that what we are? I’m going with it)
I just came across a Google Research and Insights role that got me SUPER excited and I was about to apply when I had the idea of seeing if anyone would be willing to give me a referral. I understand (and respect) that most of you Googlers on here feel that a referral is only useful if you know the person but I would be happy to jump on the phone to give you some info about me. It would mean so much! 4 YOE at a major audio steaming service

Go big. You'll be safe until the agency folds. 🛐
Large umbrella agency. I've done both. Bigger budget brands = more $/opportunity to pull off buzzworthy stuff. With that said, there are way more rounds of approvals. Smaller brands = squeezing something out of nothing
Don't matter, just get some experience on big brands
Small accounts in a big agency. Have the big agency resources behind you but a nimble demanding client is kinda fun imo.
But what about the senior management collaboration you get at a smaller agency
For me with smaller accounts I've had senior managers involved when appropriate. Larger clients in a large agency means silos get built but small client in large agency tends to break through silos. At the end of the day though if you like a smaller agency you will get to do a lot more of the work.
