What is your sleeping pattern like? And I would recommend treating everyday as a work day to get back on schedule.
I think I'm also gonna force myself to sign up for morning workout classes
Go on and do PD work. I go in every day.
I stay up super late and wake up at noon or later 😬
Lol damn OP
Just do it one or 2 nights and then you'll be back on track. The night without the pill might feel a little forced, but just watch a boring movie or hgtv and you'll be out haha
You just may not go lol

I do Tylenol pm every so often - after a rough night or when I'm hyped up about something. Doctor is fine with it. I take at dinner so that I fall asleep really early. Let's me pop up for a run in the a.m. And I end up feeling awesome. Wasn't addictive. P.s. I always take when traveling internationally. Gets me to new sleep cycle in one day.
Set up and alarm to wake up early, don't snooze, wake up you will feel tired and sleep earlier
Get up and go to the gym daily. It will keep you in a routine
