Back at work after the Xmas break, and I feel rejuvenated and ready to go but my project doesn’t start for a while…bear in mind I was on the bench for few weeks before Xmas too..what can I do to make my time more worth while?

He is telling me he will transfer his leave balance to me but still making some excuses.Dont know what's wrong! I Dont know why is he not giving me the Bench WBS code.I dont understand the reason as to why he want my leaves to be applied in that

Hello Sharks, I need genuine suggestions regarding whether join Accentute Or not. My doj in 9th March but till now I'm not allocated in any project. I read many negative comments about accentute bench policy and pip program. Also there are 10% layoff policy.. Is it true??..
Also for me job security is a concern. Coz leaving EY where there is not such lay off policy or pip but joining accentute is bit challenging.
Please provide suggestions.

Prior enlisted looking to commission in the Army Reserves. For those that joined the Reserves during your consulting careers, when was/is the best time to go to training? Do you try to time initial training while on the bench? Is that even possible? Don’t want to call out of work but can’t fathom working today 💔. Lucky I’m finally in house. Left partner of 2Y yesterday. Hi all - could use a little crowdsourced help with an admittedly unusual request. Last year, I did a two month working retreat south mid-jan through mid-March. Would like to do it again, but I am looking for a place with a basketball court (key), pool (key), and ideally near the ocean (nice). Trying to stay at 3-5k per month. Been googling, but does anyone know of anything offhand? Hotel or AirBnB is fine, leaning SoCal or FL, but open to suggestions.
