Wet hair dries. What the fuck is this shit even about. You don't like it, don't do it.

I've seen senior women dress much worse. It's going to dry in the morning. Stop worrying so much about how a woman presents herself. There's also a study about "the makeup tax." Men aren't dressed that much better with their poor-fitting suits, worn-out leather briefcases and shoes, and unkempt five-o'clock shadow.
I don't blow dry my hair because blow drying thick curly hair is a great way to show up to work with a fro. It's mostly dry after I style it but yes it will be damp first thing in the morning. Deal.
I've seen a female partner who does this rather often, and she's a rockstar.

You don't meet w the CFO every day. Know your audience. We're trending towards function over form so every year it *can* get better. Don't douche too much
Don't wear your hair wet to a pitch, but that's just common sense. Otherwise no one cares, figure out how to do a quick French twist and you're done.
Be your own gal and do whatever you want. Trust your judgement that you know when to dry your hair before work

I let my hair air dry but I have a short Bob. I focus better in the morning if I have wet hair.

@accenture 1 - Im simply saying for example I work in banking and had a meeting with two direct reports of the CFO. Would you show up like that? You wouldn't and if you did well good luck convincing our non millenial clients
