May grad starting as a first year at a time TBD this fall/Jan (was Sept. but not happening with bar delays). Assuming a delay on starting work until January which seems to becoming market, what should I and others in a similar position do to make the most of it? (Other than passing the bar whenever/however it is administered)

I’m the director of BD, leading a team as the scrum master to get our product to Production (and leading the sales team), proposal manager, and lead customer success for all of our illegal wildlife trade work. Current salary is 80k and I’ve been promised the following but nothing in writing: 2% equity once the company sells (in 2-3 years), 3-6% on sales and unknown bonus amount (last year I got $15K but expecting way less because of the equity + sales commission this year). Am I underpaid?
