Would you feel comfortable? Or am I overthinking this? To me, I don't care where he is.

Is it considered rude to ask about the salary range before taking calls with recruiters? I keep getting emails about c-level ea roles and they try to entice me by saving hybrid role with great benefits and compensation, but won’t post the salary range in their job descriptions. I guess my thinking is that I’d waste their time with calls if we aren’t aligned on compensation. Curious to hear everyone’s thoughts.

Common question: how am I supposed to have five years of EA experience, if no one will hire someone to be a EA without 5 year experience? Make it make sense 😒
