Anyone in eyp restructuring willing to refer?
I've worked at the same engineering firm for 4 years. I'm currently making $161k with only a $750 bonus, but excellent vacation (4 weeks, cash out anytime, rolls over indefinitely), 45 hours a week. I have an interview with a recruiter at Guidehouse this week for a Technical Project Manager role. It seems to be focused in the government space and requires a security clearance. What sort of salary and benefits could I expect for this sort of role at Guidehouse?

Very small chance it works out. I referred a friend with 6 years relevant experience, top 5 MBA program, and her application was rejected in less than 4 hours after submission. Last time I'll ever refer someone to Deloitte.
He'd be an analyst
Refer him! Are you in HC? If you're close to your manager or partner even, maybe set up an informal coffee chat. If they are impressed they can refer him and his chances of interview just grew tremendously. Good luck!
But I'm low level. What r the chances I could help him get a job
Like what level would your friend be? How much experience does he have and is it unique?
I'm only 1 year out of college and so is he. He didn't have any flashy internships but is just returning from teaching in Thailand for a year and traveling Southeast Asia
Refer him and I hope it works out. If it doesn't he will be successful in life anyway
I'm in tech currently and close to a couple partners, but don't know any HC managers or partners
Doesn't always work out. The smartest and most charismatic people may suck at PowerPoint and excel - just saying. Those traits may not transfer over when it comes to actually doing the work
I'm in HC, I'd be happy to help with referring! 🙋🏻
Refer them to Accenture digital
Will be really tough based on experience. He doesn't have any special skills and why would we hire him instead of a campus hire who has gpa etc? Just being realistic. I'd say it's basically impossible without a specific skill set at the analyst level that we'd want.
You could also suggest they look into EY. Didn't they just make a big public announcement about getting rid of GPA requirements??
