One of my friend completed his bcom and after that he done his MBA from some govt university in Bangalore. After that He joined infy on 2.4 lpa salary in accounts domain based upon the bcom degree not for the MBA degree. He has now 2.2 years exp but still his salary is 2.6 .

He wants to move to IT . How it can be possible ?

Working for a startup, got approached by and started interviewing with a large tech company which would match my salary, but add 25% bonus, rsus worth $100k over 3 years, plus health insurance etc. No offer yet but interviews are going well. I joined HCL last week and they initiated post joining background verification. I worked for a small startup for 5 months which do have only 10 employees in the past and didn't deducting anything for pf or TDS, also they didn't provided any TDS.
