One of my referal joining the accenture on 14th March . When i can expect my referal bonus . Anyone have idea?

I’ve been an associate at a PE secondaries FoF for about a year and a half, base pay of $83k (bonus of 10%) in a LCOL/ Tier 3 east Coast city.

I want to ask for $110k base (same bonus) at the end of the year to get my comp closer to street ahead of a promotion next year. Recruiters and a peer in a Tier 1 city put PE Secondary associates at $130-$160k base with 50%+ bonus.

Hello fishes, i got an offer from Germany where the pay is 59k . They are helping me out with the initial setup including finding home, stay for 2 months visa and tickets. Also, there are 4 bonuses each quarter with min of 25% as bonus. My total years of experience is 8 years and I am an sap technical consultant. Let me know if this is a good pay. 6th year associate at a small 6 attorney PI/med-mal firm in the Northeast OH. Settled about $1.4M total on the year, fees are about 5x my total compensation. Largely 1-manned these cases, use very little overhead beyond my assistant who I share with a partner. Feeling self-conscious, am I doing alright here??
