One of our team members managed to get their Facebook account hacked via SIM transfer. Since they were attached to our Meta Business Manager all pages and people attached were also banned for community guidelines violations.

Ugh, I'm so sorry that happened to you. And Facebook customer support is awful. Fortunately, I think there's a way to fix this. I would first make sure that you do not have any credit cards tied to your Ads Manager or place a hold on it until you get this figured out. Next, there should be a little Help/question mark symbol in the bottom left corner of it and when you click on that it opens up a panel. From there, you should see a "Contact Support Team" button and when you follow the prompts, they should get back to you fairly quickly. You can visit this page, too: https://www.facebook.com/hacked Good luck :/
Whoa that's CRAZY...really sorry to hear that. I think the person above has a good strategy for reaching out to them, but also worth contacting some of the general contact pages and/or maybe finding relevant people on LinkedIn that could help. Really hope you're able torecover that work
