How is EY India Dell client?
I have resigned last week from TCS.Today manager pinged on teams & asked all details like Skillset, Exp, exp in current account, project and reasons for resignation & hike %,if applicable. I replied reasons as location change, learning growth and hike. Then he asked. if I will stay in tcs if given preferred location and account change. I said yes ,if its along with good hike. Now he is asking which company I got the offer from& current salary and offered salary.Can i tell these things to him, pls help.
Accenture tagged me to different skill set in project and asked me to ramp up in short period of time. I am new joiner to accenture. Just want to know in case performance is not up to mark because of skill change then accenture can put in pip during first apprisal also? Accenture Accenture India

Yes sure , I'm working as a technical business analyst in BFSI domian and they gave me offer for BCM (banking and capital markets ) tech consulting role associate level noida location. Current CTC is way low than markets and from friends.
Even same my counsellor told me
That make your visibility in the management. Apart from badges, certification etc.
I had the same question if i have to do then why do i need counsellor amd managers.
I can talk directly to the leadership and showcase my work.

Just Try to learn something bew enhance your skills and move out after 2-3 yrs and repeat the same
I have been a victim of these lines for a very long time. They just don't want to promote. Better look for opportunities and grow in your professional life. Some departments in GDS are not worth waiting for despite doing good work.

Firstly it is stupid to say your does not matter.. It matters and is always considered.
Question on visibility.. if you are looking for Manager promotion ,then yes .. essentially with Manager promotion ,your stake holders , responsibilities all increases and hence visibility and people knowing you is important.
If it is Staff to Senior promotion.. he is just giving you stupid gyan.
Yes, resign and find new jobs. Tell your counsellor that you worked hard but not getting support on visibility

What these people expext on staff level. We onlu works with client and say visibility should be on higer level, its manager job to make them visible and they just say nonsense stuffs
Even if u have visibility then they will come up with another angle.
Great resignation period is going to come again here
