Due to Delhi weather, ac is required , hence room door need to be closed. We would like to monitor our kid in our absence and also to keep an eye on the help ( her behaviour with kid etc )

Help please! College daughter signed lease at her sorority house. School went remote so she’s never moved in. Sorority is threatening to give her an eviction notice which I assume would end up on her credit record... Any ideas how to fight this? Does anyone feel like they’re learning the same amount as a junior if things were normal (more hands on, direct interaction, normal production, etc)? Would you consider the 6-12 months of working from home as proper experience to push you to mid level? I want to advance to mid-level (🤑) but also genuinely am concerned that maybe I’m not learning the ins and outs that I normally would as a junior right now.

Curious to know if there are other people at WB Burbank struggling with going back to work. They want us back 3 days a week. Throughout my on-going job search, I’ve learned that the recruiters or whoever is your point of contact with a company, owe you an explanation. It does take quite a bit of time to personalize each cover letter. I understand they have so many applications to go through but we deserve solid explanation as to why we weren’t “a good fit for their needs at the moment.” It just is t a good enough answer for me and seems as though the company/organization doesn’t care.
